This Privacy Policy aims to inform about the processing of personal data carried out by BMG GROUP 2020, S.L. on the website domain https://www.bmgglobalpost.com/, and its respective subdomains and subdirectories that may be configured, as well as on the company's social media networks (RRSS) or contact apps for customer service (Whatsapp Business), or in the collection of data on paper support (invoices/customer sheets/shipments) at its workplaces.

Bmgglobalpost.com provides intermediary services in the management of shipments through a chain of its own establishments directly enabled or through collaboration agreements with other commercial entities - a network of collaborators.

The Network of Collaborators consists of independent companies from BMG GROUP 2020, S.L., which assume the position of data controller for their own customers with whom they establish a service provision relationship and therefore may have their own privacy policies and/or Data Protection Officer, as appropriate.
